H1 Period expires and Green card process starts : Will I be able to bring in spouse?
Hi, Once H1 Period expires and GC Process starts, Will I be able to bring spouse to US? What is the procedure, or what is the option? Or do I have to wait till I get EAD/GC status to bring my spouse in? Somebody, please advice!
