Is this a valid ID to fly within the US?

It is legally permissible to fly without government ID. However, if you do not present any, you will probably be sent to secondary inspection, where they will verify your identity before allowing you to board. Your border crossing card and/or your passport will suffice as government-issued ID if they are valid. Have a great trip!
