Can a recently married immigrant work while waiting for her SS card, work permit, and permanent residency?
Can an immigrant who came to marry a US citizen with the Fiancee Visa work while waiting for her SS card, Work Permit, and permanent residency with a Employment AUthorization Document (EAD)? Can the married person work while waiting for permanent residency and all these documents and living with her US Citizen spouse?
