Hearing music in your head?

I'm hearing music in my head, not like when you have a song stuck in your head but like I have a tiny orchestra in my right ear canal and its playing music into my ead constantly and its like verberating off the insides of my skull. It keeps changing from a really slow version of that Bambi song "drip drip drop lil April showers" and whitenoise... It's kinda annoying!
