Herpes or being paranoid? ?

Okay, so I'm really scared. My bf of course got checked 2 months after sex with his ex gf, but he says he's clean cause he never experienced any kind of abnormality. Well idk if I'm being paranoid or not, but I tended to get these small bumps in my mouth before gave my bf a b.l.o.w.job but he didn't even cu.m my mouth or not. But its been 2 weeks or so, and I got this bump on my cheek wall and I'm very scared..I just popped itt and something white came out, and it doesn't hurt unless I touch it with my tongue! :( please help mee... P.s my bf had a year ago..and before I gave him h.ead I looked at his you know what and it was clean..with no sign of anything
