How much should I charge for babysitting?

I babysat a 3 year old a few weeks ago (and I'm baby sitting her again tomorrow). The Last time I babysat her I got 20 dollars. I babysat her from about 6:30 to 8 or 8:30. Maybe that will give you an idea of about how much to charge.(:
