Can I renew my EAD (I-765) with I-360 pending?

I applied EAD 2 years ago and i got it (I was in an asylum process(still pending)) but earlier this year my mom got married and her husband, a US citizen, basically kicked me out of the house and he abused me mentally, physically, etc. My mom and her spouse dropped my asylum case and told me to find a way myself to get a legal status and they stopped giving me money since april 2010. So I applied for I-360 battered child, and on september 9 i got Prima Facie notification (i have a really good attorney). The problem is my EAD is valid untill Feb 2011 and i have to work to provide my daily need (currently working as a waiter). How can i renew my Work permit? is it possible to get a renewal for my EAD ? Can i get driver license ? Im so stress right now, im just 18 years old and i have so many things to think of. I couldn't get financial aid (currently working part time, and a full time student) because my status is still pending. HELP ME please, PLEASE !!!
